Back in my kitchen, cooking camote tops (Talbos ng kamote) with sardines (ligo sardines from Manila) an early cooking session.👩🍳
250g Camote Tops
1can Ligo Sardines (spicy)
3 cloves garlic or more
Some vegetable oil
1/4 Cup of water or just enough to cook everything.
Some salt to taste
Heat a pan, add vegetable oil and sauté onion, garlic and sardines.
Add some water and let it boil. Once it boils add camote tops, season with salt cook until camote tops is done.
