I made pork chicharron for hubby who was craving for this three weeks ago. Finally I got time to do it for him.
Chicharron known as Finger-food snacks said to be popular in Andalusia, Spain 🇪🇸 not only but also in the Philippines 🇵🇭
* 2 packs of Pork skin, washed, rub some salt on both side and let it dry for half a day. This one is oven-dried.
* some salt to taste
* half a Liter Vegetable Oil for frying
* Some vinegar with crushed garlic, peeled. Chili 🌶 and if you want you can add pepper too.
