Pad Pak Boong is stir-fried water spinach (kangkong), another term for this is “Morning Glory”.

Prepping too easy, loving the crunchy leafy vegetable and the sharpness of spices I used, lots of garlic good for the heart.😆

YOU NEED…….

* 2 pack of Kangkong (water spinach)

* 2 small Chili 🌶

* 1 small whole garlic, peeled and sliced

* 2tsp. Oyster sauce

* 1tsp. Fish Sauce ( Patis)

* some water

* 1tbsp. Vegetable Oil
