I made pork chicharron for hubby who was craving for this three weeks ago. Finally I got time to do it for him.

Chicharron known as Finger-food snacks said to be popular in Andalusia, Spain πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ not only but also in the Philippines πŸ‡΅πŸ‡­

YOU NEED…….

* 2 packs of Pork skin, washed, rub some salt on both side and let it dry for half a day. This one is oven-dried.

* some salt to taste

* half a Liter Vegetable Oil for frying

FOR DIPPING…….

* Some vinegar with crushed garlic, peeled. Chili 🌢 and if you want you can add pepper too.

Craving satisfied πŸ˜‹πŸ‘ got two kinds of “longganisa”, one is spicy πŸ₯΅πŸŒΆ and the other one not spicy as a birthday gift for tasting. Very much appreciated, thank you so much.😊 Ate with Brown Rice 🍚 and salad πŸ₯— as early Breaky 🀣 weird!

Salad πŸ₯— is a mixture of cucumber πŸ₯’ bell peppers 🌢 tomatoes πŸ… and iceberg lettuce. For dressing I made herbs 🌿garlic, olive oil, salt πŸ§‚ and pepper.

Pad Pak Boong is stir-fried water spinach (kangkong), another term for this is “Morning Glory”.

Prepping too easy, loving the crunchy leafy vegetable and the sharpness of spices I used, lots of garlic good for the heart.πŸ˜†

YOU NEED…….

* 2 pack of Kangkong (water spinach)

* 2 small Chili 🌢

* 1 small whole garlic, peeled and sliced

* 2tsp. Oyster sauce

* 1tsp. Fish Sauce ( Patis)

* some water

* 1tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Breaky pork broth base soup with noodles 🍜 and whole grain toast with kajmak cream cheese, cherry tomatoes and chorizo on top.

Stir-Fried mix veggies such as broccoli πŸ₯¦ carrots πŸ₯• snow peas ( sitsaro), Bok choy πŸ₯¬ and fish balls.

Do you know that water πŸ’§ from boiled bananas 🍌 can give us a lot of health benefits and care specially for those who are suffering from lack of sufficient sleep 😴 and diabetes. They said drinking the water from boiled banana can help. Would ease tensions and help you avoid sleeping pills πŸ’Š
