* 400g Lentils

* 3pcs. Small Carrots 🥕

* 1Whole crushed Garlic, peeled

* 150g smoked meat or bacon 🥓

* some Vegetable Oil, I used Margarine

* some Salt 🧂 & Pepper

* 2pcs. Vegetable Broth Cubes

* chopped Parsley

* 2pcs. Bay Leaves

* 1tbsp. Vinegar
