Cereal, oats and apples with cinnamon instead of sugar. Good for diabetic. Soak overnight in soy milk low in fat but high in protein than the normal milk. healthy isn’t it? Top with apple cubes, soy milk I used is unsweetend to make my overnight oats more nutrient. What about yours, how do you prefer?

Nutella makes everything better even breaky. The best trick for getting the sweet stuff inside pancake and every delicious bite.
- 1 cup Semolina flour
- 1 cup Pineapple cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs, lightly beaten
