BREAKFAST TIPS

Peppers it has quite a kick. It tastes crisp and fresh, is versatile and trumps with a lot of nutrients on. Especially one ingredient boasts numerous benefits for the health and ensures moreover, for a slim waist. I always have for breakfast wether cooked or fresh.

image_01Picture above is Red Bell Pepper with bacon, onion, spring onion, garlic and beaten egg for breakfast. Serve with bread but hubby ate it with rice a typical Filipino breakfast eventhough we are here in europe 😛

While down is Green Bell Pepper with ham (Schinken), onion, garlic and beaten egg. Also served with brown bread for the kids of course it’s for breakfast too.

Whether red, orange, yellow or green even in the colors of choice. Added to this are various forms. While peppers are rather thick and round, red pepper have a longer and narrower shape. The different pepper varieties differ from each other in the taste. From mild to hot, the peppers in a variety of shades is healthy and delicious.
