NOODLES, PASTA AND PIZZA, PURE VEGGIES

ELK NOODLE

Something different from me! Wanted to try it again with the focus and blur!
If you want to have these noodles have to drive to IKEA, where they can be available for purchase!
Looking forward to hear your opinion!

In other word this is My lunch Box, “Pasta Älgar” purely veggies 🙂

YOU NEED…….

* 2 pcs. Green Bell Peppers

* 4 Pcs. Red Bell Pepper

* 1 can or 250g Peeled Tomatoes

* 1 Pack oo 1/2 Liter Tomatoe Sauce

* 1/2 cup of Red Wine

* some Italian Herbs

* 1 pc. medium sized Onion, peeled  and cut into cubes

* 6 cloves Garlic, peeled and chopped

* some Olive Oil

* Salt and Pepper to taste

HOW TO …….

** Cook pasta according to package instruction or al dente.

** Heat a Caserole or pan, add olive oil and saute onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Mix all together Italian Herbs and Bell peppers then add to the onion, garlic and tomatoes. Add red wine and cover until done on low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning if necessary or according to your preference. I added 1 tea spoon of chili paste (which not shown on the picture above). That’s it, the sauce for ELK NOODLE 😉

** I serve it with brown bread and mix salad and  with grated parmesan on top. Guten Appetit 😉
