SPRING MAKES CHEERFUL AWAKE

THE CITY IS GREEN NOW!
But even in the smallest space there’s a place for a planlet.

SPRINGTIME IN VIENNA

The city is green, gardens in public places is as hip as on roof terraces and small garden. Energy is also a big issue at this time. The sun shines for all. With the lengthening days, therefore, not only man and nature come back into gear. Passionate hobby gardeners comes to meet the technology. Flowers and tulips are everywhere. April-This month is full of events in nature. The first green venturing out, the birds build their nests and sing all day. It’s Spring!
More and more trees end their winter rest. As you could see picture above. In some years they have been doing this beginning of April, while in other time only in May. It depends on the weather, whether it is warm or cold at this time. After a series of warm days you can almost see the buds are open. Very delicate and light green leaves are coming out and the flowers unfold. This is how spring wakes me up and the different scent in the air, Which I love most, same as the weather. For me the most very exciting season of the year. I’m enjoying it when it comes … “SPRING” 🙂

In Austria PanCakes are called “PALATSCHINKEN”. Why “PALATSCHINKEN”?
It has been told that the name PALATSCHINKEN or PANCAKE is originally from the Romanian and there was derived from the Latin placenta for cakes and then the Hungarian (Palacsinta) in large parts of Central Europe on borrowed (Austria, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia, etc.). Crepes are thinner and finer than the usual pancakes and eaten both savory and sweet filled in Austria, Hungary and the Balkans. The ranges of plugs (Quark), jam, nuts, coconut, ice cream, chocolate vegetables like spinach to meat (minced meat).

Anyway, this was today’s brunch, as usual it could be early dinner too. Vienna time 3pm, my daughter made her fave pan cakes. Me with the leftover cold rice last night I fried added some green peas, sliced carrots, chopped chicken breast and three beaten eggs seasoned with salt. For viand also lefover chicken wings “adobo”.
This is how worth Holiday to us. “I have discovered the Holiday for me as an ideal working day. All around me there is wonderful peace and with the Laptop I can do some update here on my WEBLOG. With the laptop you can easily also from private balconies or gardens from the latest blog to check it out. Sleep in and a lot of time for the family is very important too. It’s not about a fixed individually resting phase, but specifically to the classic Sunday or Holiday rest! Sociologically, it is something special when a whole country comes for one day to rest. This is how perfect “Lazy” Holiday or Sunday for me. I define it as its “sleep in the morning, visit a holy mass in church, with the family extensively lunch, in the afternoon to do something nice together.

LAZY EASTER MONDAY

But today it is totally different, better to have long sleep and lounging!
As you could see above picture half an hour after having our brunch my puppies with my daughter…lol… 😛
That’s what I called “Command for Lounging”! 😛
Happy Easter Monday Folks! 🙂
