WHOLE GRAIN BUTTER BISCUIT CAKE

This was only a try, cake without baking you just need your refrigerator ๐Ÿ™‚
Something a little bit American or Yugoslavian way.
I never thought that I could make it, but here is a the CAKE-not quite classic, but certainly as delicious ๐Ÿ™‚

Whole Grain Butter Biscuit Cake

YOU NEED…….

* 2 packs whole grain butter biscuit
* 300g Mix of Raspberries, blueberry or Curant/ fresh or frozen one
* 74g Custard powder or 2 packs
* 1 Liter Milk
* Saccarin or sugar for none diabetic

HOW TO…….

Cook the fruits add saccarin or sugar until thickened. For frozen one you don’nt need to add some water but if you are using fresh one you have to. Then mash with hand-held blender. Set aside to let it cool.

Mix custard powder with about 1 tablespoon of saccarin or 2 heaping tablespoon of sugar. With 6 tablespoons of the prepared milk or half a liter until smooth.

Boil rest of the milk, and stir in the powder for one minute and add the fruits mixing all together until it blend then set aside to let it cool.

Then alternately in a cake mould first layer biscuit, then custard-fruits mixture then biscuit and on top custard-fruits mixture.

It depends upon your prefernces how many layers you want. Here I did two layers only.
