FETTUCCINI with BROCCOLI and GOUDA CHEESE

The long fettuccine noodles are often used for sturdy pastas. This pasta is made in the form of Roman cuisine and is a thin, broad rolled pasta consisting of egg and flour. For the sauce I used whip cream and a littlte bit milk. I added boiled broccoli and gouda cheese too, hhmmm…how yummy it was 😉

My FETTUCCINI with BROCCOLI and GOUDA CHEESE

YOU NEED…….

* 300 g Fettuccine
* 1 whole head Broccoli (500g)
* 25 g Butter
* some garlic powder or finely chopped garlic
* 450 ml Whip Cream (Sahne)
* Salt and Pepper
* 50 g Gouda Cheese
* some Milk
