Pork Kasim is the shoulder part of pork meat which has less fat and tender. This is suitable for making tocino too.
My family loves it if I fry and season with toyomansi and sprinkled with onion rings on top. No need of extra work , extra spices and extra preparation all and all in one pan!
YOU NEED…….
* about 700 g Pork Kasim
* 2 pcs. Onions, cut into rings
* 3 tbsps. Toyomansi
* 3/4 cup of vegetable oil for frying
HOW TO…….
***Fry pork Kasim in oil then add onion rings, season with toyomansi. Cover for about 5 to 8 minutes and that’s it- Serve with hot rice :pump-klaus:
