My version of bicol express as simple as this… never compare it to others dahil lahat ng tao ay may kanya-kanyang style o stelo ng pagluluto!
Maanghang din ito pero katamtaman lamang ayon sa panlasa ng aking pamilya. And I used siling haba na maanghang mixed with red ones. Sabi nila an authentic Filipino dish, a savory and delicious dish made with succulent pork and coconut cream that will have you expressing how much you adore the taste!


* 1 kilo of pork meat, cut lengthwise
* 1/2 kilo of Siling haba (you can add some siling labuyo if you wish too)
* 1 Liter coconut milk
* 1/2 cup sauted shrimp paste (bagoong alamang)
* 4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
* 1 Onion, chopped
* a thumb-sized of Ginger
* some Salt
* some Vegetable oil
