My BACON-POTATOES FRITTATA VERSION 1 AND 2

This is one of our weekend breakfast. FRITTATA is omelet, this is the Italian term for omelet, basically eggs is the main ingredients! A frittata is a type of Italian omelette that frequently features fillings such as meats, cheeses, and vegetables. Like a traditional French omelette, a frittata is prepared in a skillet. However, whereas an omelette is cooked on a stovetop and served folded, a frittata is first partially cooked on a stovetop but then broiled (grilled) to finish, and served open-faced.

VERSION 1

YOU NEED…….

* 4 large potatoes, cooked and sliced
* 1 cup of grated ementaler cheese (or cheese of your choice)
* 3 tbsps. butter
* 1 small onion, roughly chopped
* 4 beaten eggs
* about 50 g bacon (of your choice)
* a bunch of chives, chopped
* salt and pepper

VERSION 2

YOU NEED…….

* 6 pcs. Beaten Eggs
* Scallions, chopped
* Bacon, sliced
* 2 pcs. medium-sized Boiled Potatoes, peeled ans sliced
* some Vegetable oil
* Salt and fresh ground Pepper
